It serves as a spirited platform, enticing both faculty and students to engage in dynamic workshops centered around advertisement and design for various physical media. This event stood as a pinnacle moment for our institution, serving not only as a festive highlight on our annual calendar but also as a powerful tool for showcasing our campus vibrancy to stakeholders and potential future students.

Advertising the Halloween Event wasn't just about promoting a single occasion - it was about inviting students to immerse themselves in a rich tapestry of experiences that showcased the dynamic spirit of our campus. By spreading the word about this cornerstone event, we not only bolstered participation but also underscored the vibrant culture and community ethos that defined our institution.

For the past 2 years, I served as creative director, transforming Halloween from mere dress-up and basic decoration to a platform for community engagement, student satisfaction, and marketing content. Collaborating with my team lead, I spearheaded event planning and led a team of 3 in crafting its visual identity. Additionally, I designed decorations and personally created a standout 9 ft tall Dragon prop.
