Employment Connections is a not for profit organisation that provides a range of professional supported employment and transition services for people with disabilities and mental health in Wellington, New Zealand.

For this project, two workbooks were created to support an 8 week course that has been curated to enable team members to learn the skills that will enable them to gain and retain employment.

I was the sole, contracted designer for this project. Over the course of numerous months, I worked with the team to create workbooks that were fit for purpose, and designed with clear consideration to the target audience: individuals with brain injuries, learning barriers and functional disabilities.
